Join Extension and local experts this summer to sustainably gather local, wild edible plants and learn about their uses in cooking.
Foraging Walk: 10 a.m-12 p.m.
Wild Kitchen Time: 1-3:30 p.m.
Locations will be announced by April 25, based on foraging outlook and weather forecasts.
Wild edibles we’ll likely find and cook with: nettles, fireweed shoots, devil’s club shoots, violets, and other emerging buds and shoots.
