*You must be able to get down and back up from the floor several times each hour.
The Feldenkrais® Method uses gentle movements and directed attention to enhance muscular efficiency by reducing subconscious muscular habits that often limit the quality of our movements. Class participants are verbally led through a sequence of movements in basic positions such as lying on the floor, sitting in a chair, or standing. Each class will feature a different movement sequence designed to increase awareness of how your body functions. Bring a yoga mat or similar floor pad.
