Summer Series: Farm Day Fun
July 25 - Animal Safari - "What lives here"
We will discuss various animals, wild and domesticated, identify pelts, tracks and droppings. Be prepared to see some live animals here at the farm. Snacks and games will also be included in this class.

This series will be co-led by Lee Hecimovich and Melissa Clampitt. Held at the UAF Matanuska Experiment Farm the 2nd and 4th Wednesdays of June and July and the 2nd Wednesday of August from 10am to noon. Cost is $10 per family per class. You will have to register for each class. Cancellation: 3 family minimum and 10 family maximum. Each class will have a time of teaching a craft/game, an activity, and a snack relating to the topic. Curriculum from the following sources will be used: USDA Summer Meals/Summer Fun, Junior Master Gardener, SPARK after school, PLT, and other miscellaneous sources.
